A recent update to DJ Conversion Utility (DJCU), a Mac app that lets you move your DJ music database between DJ apps, has added in Rekordbox to Traktor conversion for the first time. That means DJCU is now able to convert in all directions between Serato DJ, Traktor, and Rekordbox libraries, giving you the ability to switch DJ apps while keeping your DJ library and hot cues intact.
DJCU is one of only two apps for migrating your DJ software’s database, the other app being Rekord Buddy. DJCU is also the only app that converts Serato DJ, Traktor and Rekordbox libraries for use with djay Pro, though at the moment it’s only one way.
