We’re all about training for DJs and DJ/producers… but sometimes (let’s be honest, lots of the time), music in public is played by non-DJs. The soundtrack in your gym. The music in your favourite restaurants. Clothes shops, hairdressers, hotel receptions… you name it. And to be charitable, a lot of the time the poor souls put in charge of hitting “play” in such places make a real mess of it.
So here, we discuss the five rules for playing music in public not for DJs, but for NON-DJs.
