Native Instruments’ flagship Traktor Kontrol S4 Mk3 controller is shipping now. It brings motorised Haptic Feedback jogwheels, brand new Mixer FX single knob effects, and an updated control layout. It ships with the latest Traktor Pro 3 software and comes with DVS support for spinning with Traktor timecode vinyl.
We’ve already reviewed the Traktor Kontrol S4 Mk3 and thought that it’s a fantastic controller for Traktor fans and hobbyists. It doesn’t bring a lot of revolutionary features, but it is a worthy evolution of the well-loved Kontrol S4 which came out back in 2010 (how time flies!). For beginners, we recommend the Traktor Kontrol S2 Mk3 which lacks the Haptic Drive jogs and has a more compact layout at a more affordable price.
