More Popular Controllers & Cloud Support Added To djay Pro On Mac & iOS

Cloud syncing arrives on djay Pro for Mac and iOS, along with more DJ controller compatibilities for the Mac app.

Algoriddim has announced updates to its djay Pro app for macOS and iOS that add more controllers and cloud DJ data sync. djay Pro Mac v2.0.5 and djay Pro iOS v1.0.12 now allow you to sync cue points, loops and saved EQs over the cloud. Meanwhile, the Mac app now works with the Pioneer DJ DDJ-SB3, DDJ-SR2, DDJ-1000 and XDJ-RX2 controllers, and the Numark Party Mix.

Note that currently, the waveforms on the jogwheel displays on the DDJ-1000 don’t work, and the XDJ-RX2 performance pad LEDs likewise don’t work with these mappings. Also this is only for Apple; Android and Windows users don’t currently get these updates.

More info over on the Algoriddim website.

What are your thoughts on these updates? Have you tried using djay Pro yet? If so, what do you like most about it? Let us know in the comments.
