Pioneer DJ’s new DDJ-RZX flagship DJ and VJ controller is on display here at BPM|PRO 2016. It’s an absolute beast of a controller with three touchscreens that you can use to view waveforms, select effects, and manipulate Touch FX, which are a combination of audio and video effects. The jogwheels on the DDJ-RZX are mechanical, just like on a CDJ-2000, for a feel that’s closer to a CDJ-2000. It’s meant to work with Rekordbox DJ, and is compatible with Rekordbox DVS if you want to connect turntables or CDJs for mixing with timecode vinyl and CDs.
