Snoop Dogg & Qbert Help Launch djay 2.1

The iPad version, showing some of the new iOS 7-friendly design.

Algoriddim’s popular djay app for iOS has just hit version 2.1, with special sample packs from Snoop Dogg and scratch legend DJ Qbert available for free within the app. There’s also an innovative scratch toolkit that you can access by presing and holding the “load” button, again from DJ Qbert.

The new version of the app is iOS 7 enhanced, with an all-new library, added support for Inter-App Audio, faster track loading (we’ve seen it – it’s close to instantaneous) and the usual yada, erm I mean bug fixes and performance improvements. 😉 The iPad version is live as I type in the App Store at US$9.99, with the iPhone version no doubt not far behind.

Are you heading over there for your free upgrade as you read this? Let us know what you think of the Qbert and Snoop Dogg additions.
