DJ Mag is taking its reader-voted DJ Tech Awards back to BPM in Birmingham, England, following the success of last year’s awards at the leading DJing and club culture event, which is held this coming weekend (October 2-4 2010).
“The scene has changed massively, and so have the demands on the technology. The digital revolution is well and truly upon us,” say DJ mag. “Manufacturers will have only a few minutes to show off their kit and try to impress our well-groomed judges. There will be tears, there will be laughter, and there will definitely be glory.”
“Our feisty judges will be demanding, and will give the reps a hard time before scoring the products on build, sound quality, features, ease of use, and all importantly value for money.”
